Note: Copy to clipboard (used by Iota Copy) functionality will not work in Firefox by default

To make it work, please do the following steps:

  • Type about:config in address bar

  • Find and set dom.events.asyncClipboard.clipboardItem setting to true

  • Mac OS

    • Google Chrome

    • Safari

Unsupported clients

  • Online versions of Word and Outlook (including desktop wrapper, aka Outlook (New)) are not officially supported, so some copied elements may look different from what you may see in Confluence.

Unsupported functionality

  • Charts created by clicking Insert chart from Confluence table are not currently supported, due to unavailability of export API on Atlassian side.
