Iota Copy: Quick Start

There are two ways to use Iota Copy:

1. Using Iota Copy button located under the page header:

   • Open any Confluence page and click the button under the page header.

   • This will open a menu where you can choose to:

     • Copy the page to your clipboard

     • Copy page and open your email client

     • Open the print dialog with the page contents prepared for PDF export or print the page

     • Export the page as a .doc file

2. Adding Iota Copy as a Macro:

   • This method offers more configuration options and can be used in page templates with saved settings. Follow these steps to add the macro:

     • Open Confluence page you want to export in Edit mode.

     • Type /, find and select Iota Copy macro. Alternatively you can click the icon (Insert more contents) in the page's toolbar, then find and select Iota Copy macro.

     • Click Update to publish the page with macro.

     • After that Copy page to clipboard button will appear on the page. Just click on the button and your page will be copied. Now you can paste it into Word or your email client.
