Hovering over the diagram will bring up the diagram toolbox 
. Using the toolbox you will be able to navigate through diagram pages 
resize the diagram

, open diagram in full screen mode 
or edit the diagram

Full screen mode can be opened by clicking on the diagram. Layover in full screen mode provides similar to diagram toolbox functionality
