Simple Diagrams: Working with Macro in Edit Mode

After adding macro to the page you will be able to see diagram preview in Confluence page Edit mode. In addition, you will be able to edit diagram, change macro size, copy macro or delete it from the page. All actions are available in macro configuration panel. To bring the panel on the screen you need to click on the macro.

Clicking on the pencil icon will open diagram editor.

Your macro can be centered , take medium space on the screen or go full width .

Macro can be copied and used on the same page or some other page in Confluence.

Note: copied macro will be looking at the same diagram, as original macro, so all updates in the copied macro will be reflected in the original one.

Finally you can delete macro from page using remove button .

Tip: you can replace diagram on the page with another existing one by deleting macro from the page and adding it again. This way you will be able to import existing diagram from device, URL or select from attachment.
