After adding macro to the page you will be able to see diagram preview in Confluence page Edit mode. In addition, you will be able to edit diagram, change macro size, copy macro or delete it from the page. All actions are available in macro configuration panel. To bring the panel on the screen you need to click on the macro.

Finally you can delete macro from page using remove button

Tip: you can replace diagram on the page with another existing one by deleting macro from the page and adding it again. This way you will be able to import existing diagram from device, URL or select from attachment.
