Introduction

DSR Corporation ("Company", "We", or “DSR”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.  Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them by Atlassian in the Atlassian Marketplace Agreement.

As an Atlassian Marketplace Partner, DSR develops software plug-ins or apps (collectively “Apps”)  using the Atlassian Platform which are delivered to End Users via the Atlassian Marketplace in the Paid Via Atlassian Apps model.  DSR develops Software Apps which End Users (each an “End User” or “You”) download from the Atlassian Marketplace and install into their Data Centers.  Additionally, DSR develops Cloud Apps, using the Atlassian Forge App Framework, which are hosted by Atlassian or the Atlassian Connect Framework, which are hosted by DSR using AWS. 

This policy describes:

• The types of information that Atlassian provides to us when an End User purchases,  downloads and installs the Apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.

• The types of information that we may collect from an End User for support purposes.

• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that We collect on any other Company apps or websites.  Our websites and apps have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.  By purchasing our Apps via the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to this privacy policy.

Children Under the Age of 16

The Apps are not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We only collect information from and about End Users of our App:

• When an End User purchases the App via the Atlassian Marketplace.

• When an End User contacts us For Support Purposes.

End User Information:

When an End User purchases, downloads, registers,  and installs the App via the Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian will provide us with the contact details of the End User, and the number of licenses/seats purchased by the End User as well as the term of their license.  As our End Users are generally organizations, Atlassian will provide us with the name, email address and possibly the telephone number (collectively “Personal Data” ) of the End User’s representative(s).  We shall only process such Personal Data if we have identified a specific purpose and a legal basis to do so as described below.

Email and Support Portal

When You contact us for technical support, we will collect Your name, email address, and any other information You choose to provide. The Personal Data You provide will be used solely for purposes of providing Technical Support. In order to provide Technical Support, it may be necessary for us to access your environment.  We will only do so with Your consent and via a secure VPN connection.  Please note that except for access You grant to us in order to provide Technical Support, We have no other access to the App or to the content and data that You process using the App, including Personal Data.  All content and data that You process and store using the App is owned and controlled solely by You.

How We Use Your Information

We use End User information, including Personal Data, solely to:

• Provide you with the App and any other information, products, or services that You request from us.

• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

• Give You notices about your licenses, including expiration and renewal notices.

• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between You and us, including for billing and collection.

• Notify you when App updates are available.

Disclosure of Your Information

In addition, We may disclose personal information that We collect or You provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of DSR Corporation's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by DSR concerning our customers is among the assets transferred.

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

• To enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the EULA and for billing and collection.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data

You may send us an email at plugins@dsr-corporation.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.

Data Security

End User Personal Data is stored on DSR servers located in Denver, USA with restricted access and only authorized DSR personnel have access to such data, to the extent required for the performance of their job duties. All personal with access to End User data are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete security and privacy awareness training. In addition, We take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data. Data transmission over the Internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet.  All data you enter into the Apps shall be controlled solely by you. Although personal information, usernames, passwords and prompts exchanged through the Apps are protected by encryption techniques, these security measures still require your responsible behavior in protecting your data. You shall assume the entire responsibility at all times for the supervision, management, control and confidentiality of your data, including Personal Data, and assume the entire risk for the fraudulent or unauthorized use of your data.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat End User’s Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the primary] email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Atlassian Marketplace.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
