You have 2 different options to install the plugin:

  1. Directly install it from Atlassian Marketplace.

  2. Deploy obr plugin file in Manage Apps section of Jira Administration console.

Note: obr can be downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace → Versions → See all versions

That’s it, plugin is ready to use right after the installation.
