When you select the Open URL option allows while adding a 
Simple Diagrams macro, you will be able to open a diagram exported as a URL , insert it into the page and , if necessary, update it using in the editor. The opened diagram you open will be saved in the page’s page's attachments.
After clicking the Open URL button click, you will see the following dialog will be shown.:
After inserting the URL is inserted, and clicking the Open button click opens a diagram editor setting the uploaded diagram as a source.When you have finished working with , the diagram will be opened in the editor:
Once you've finished working on the diagram, click the Save Save & Exit button to save the changes and exit the editor, or click Exit to discard the any changes made (if any) and leave.
After thatAfterwards, you'll see the a preview of the uploaded diagram.
