When you choose the Select from page attachments option allows you while adding a 
Simple Diagrams macro, you'll be able to select any existing in page attachments diagram diagram attached to the page with the .drawio extension, insert it into the page, and update it in the editoropen it for editing.
After When you click the Attachments Select from page attachments button, the a list of page’s page attachments with the .drawio extension will be shown.displayed:

Select a diagram from the list above, and it will be opened in the editor.

Note: selecting diagram from attachments doesn’t create copy of diagram, i.e. if you select the same diagram in 2 macros, changes will be displayed in both macros. |
Once you have finished working with the diagram, click the Save Save & Exit button to save the changes and exit editor or the editor. Alternatively, you can click Exit to discard the any changes made (if any) and leave.
After thatAfterwards, you 'll will see the a preview of the selected diagram.
